Story Time Too with Lee Dabney
The Children’s Library is proud to introduce a new offering: Story Time Too.
This is an afternoon story time for school age children. Lee Dabney is our story time host. Themes will be the same or similar to our Monday storytimes but trend a little older towards our young patrons who might be in school during the day. Come enjoy!
Story Time Too will be held on Wednesdays at 3:30 pm.
Science Time with Ann Christensen
Ann Christensen will host Science Time in the Children’s Library. Sometimes furry, feathered, or scaled creatures make a visit and Ann teaches about animals, their habitats, and our natural world.
Science Time is every Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. It is best suited to preschool age children and up.
Drop-In: CollaborARTe Day
Drop-In anytime today in The Children’s Library and contribute to our collaborative art projects. Come create!
Spring Break Drop-In: Xyloba
Xyloba’s are a musical marble run system that allows you to build and create while making music. On loan from a partnership with Hemingway Elementary, the Xyloba system will be available for kids and parents to build and play with from 11:00 am – 4:00 pm on Wednesday, March 27th in the Children’s Library. Because of small parts and pieces Xyloba play is only available to those ages 4+.
