…your passport to lifelong wonder and quiet escape…
Getting a library card at The Community Library is easy and free.
To get a library card, simply complete our online borrower application and then visit the Library to present your Photo ID and pick up your Library Card.
Or, drop by any library circulation desk with a Photo ID, and we will get your card issued in person.
Your library card carries many benefits, including:
- Borrowing from our 100,000 circulating items. You can log in to our online catalog to get started in exploring and placing holds on items you are interested in.
- Access to a variety of digital services – your library card number and PIN open the door to language learning, news and information resources, streaming films, eBooks, and more.
- Acquisition requests on items you’d like us to add – if we don’t add it we will look for the item via Interlibrary loans through worldcat.org.
- You will be added to our Library Program News email list that details the hundreds of free events and classes we host each year.
If you have more questions, reach out to us! Our library staff would be happy to go over the Terms of Use and other Library Policies to make your Library experience all that it can be. You can also visit our FAQ page for more details on using the Library.
