How to Attend an Event

Programs and classes are held throughout the Library. Visit the Library Map to find your event’s location. 

The John A. and Carole O. Moran Lecture Hall hosts major programs such as lectures, panel discussions, films, seminars and more.

Accessibility

All spaces in the Library are ADA compatible. The Lecture Hall is equipped with a loop-enabled hearing aid connection, and we have individual handheld transmitters and headphones available on request during programs. Read more about the Library’s accessibility here.

Most programs are also live-streamed on Vimeo for live or later viewing.

Access Past Events?       

Past events are archived on the Library’s Vimeo . Please note that some programs are only available live, while others may only be available for a short period of time.

Propose a Program?     

We invite your ideas and proposals for classes, workshops and presentations that are free offerings to the community. If you would like to propose an event, please fill out our Program Proposal Form. For presenter guidelines, click here.

Register for Programs and Classes?  

Some events require pre-registration. Please see the individual event page for details. If registration is not mentioned, registration is not required to attend.
