Margo has an idea: she starts a page on OnlyFans, an online subscription service known for adult content. A gifted writer, her quirky character HungryGhost becomes a runaway hit. Suddenly, the people who abandoned Margo reappear, saying her line of work makes her an unfit parent.
This bold, unconventional novel by Rufi Thorpe was my favorite read of 2025. It features terrific characters and worldbuilding. Recommended for fans of Kevin Wilson. The audiobook is narrated by Elle Fanning, who also stars in the upcoming TV series.
