Sewing Club teaches basic hand-stitching through simple projects for kids. Children must be age 7+ to attend and sign-up is required. All supplies are provided. Due to Covid-19 restrictions Sewing Club is currently restricted to 4 participants.
Participants must:
- Be at least 7 years old and able to manage the project on their own. (Parental help is encouraged and children under the age of 9 may not be left alone at the library).
- Wear a mask.
- Practice social distancing from instructor, other participants, and library patrons.
- Register in advance and commit to attend. As space is limited, please ensure you are able to participate before registering. Please call the Children’s Library at 208-726-3493 x3 to reserve a spot. Slots will be filled on a first come, first served basis.
This month’s project is pumpkin face masks. This project will be repeated twice this month on October 15th and 22nd. Sewing Club is about one hour.
