Join The Community Library and The Advocates as we host a FREE Krav Maga self defense class for women and girls age 14 and up. Tracie Ide from Idaho Krav Maga in Boise, a Level lV Certified instructor, will be leading the class. Dress comfortably and come prepared to get a great work out!
