Each holiday season, Anthony Geffen – one of the world’s leading documentary filmmakers and the CEO of Atlantic Productions – gives an exclusive film screening at The Community Library, free to the public. Geffen has won over 50 international awards including multiple British Academy awards and Emmy Awards. This year, he’ll present his new film The Coronation, which marks the 65th anniversary of the crowning of Queen Elizabeth II. The film features an unprecedented interview with Her Majesty the Queen, insights on the centuries-old coronation ceremony, and high-resolution footage of the Crown Jewels. Before showing the hour-long film, Geffen also will share glimpses of two other recent works: Judi Dench: My Passion for Trees, and Galapagos with Liz Bonnin. It’s a special movie night for the whole family!
