Hosted by the Alturas Institute, and in collaboration with The Community Library, come and meet exceptional women who have found their voices, and, moreover, hear their stories. Speakers include writer Karen Crouse, eight-time Olympic medalist Allison Schmitt, Naomi McDougall Jones, and Tara Buck, among others.
These are conversations that will illuminate women’s journey to access and power, as well as the challenges that lie ahead. It’s been 100 years since Congress passed the 19th amendment guaranteeing women the right to vote. Let’s talk about How Far We’ve Come.
Tickets are $125, including coffee and lunch. Scholarships are available.
