“Hemingway in Cuba”

Clyde Moneyhun, Emily Wakild, and Adrian Kane of BSU present a panel discussion, a scholarly look at Hemingway’s life and writing during his time in Cuba. Dr. Moneyhun is an Associate Professor of English at BSU. Dr. Wakild is an Assistant Professor of History at BSU. Dr. Kane is an Associate Professor of Spanish at BSU.

Rosa Rosales on Hemingway’s Home in Cuba

Presentation by Rosa Rosales, Director of the Finca Vigía, Hemingway’s home in Cuba from 1939-1959. Rosa will be joined by Interpreter Colin Laverty.

After Rosa’s presentation: Dinner for Festival guests and invited Library donors at Michel’s Christiania featuring the “Hemingway Hamburger,” Michel’s famous truffle fries, drinks, and dessert. Fee for this event is $50
