Upbeat with Alasdair: In Conversation with Kenji Bunch

July 6, 2021 by kmerwin

Sun Valley Summer Symphony Music Director Alasdair Neale will have a one-on-one conversation with Kenji Bunch, the Portland composer who is orchestrating a work the Symphony has commissioned for the genre-defying trio, Time for Three. Alasdair and Kenji will discuss the process of arranging and orchestrating the as-yet unnamed work. Time for Three has written original themes and Bunch is orchestrating them for full symphony orchestra with Time for Three as soloists. The premier will be at the Sun Valley Pavilion on Tuesday, August 4.

This event is free but space is limited. Reserve your seat at info@svsummersymphony.org or 208.622.5607.
