Join Miss Carolyn for stories, songs, and more. Ideal for toddlers and preschoolers, story time is every Monday at 10:30 am.
Paws to Read with Cricket
Cricket is a small, furry, adorable dog. As a trained therapy dog he is ready to listen to you read. Come in after school and read to him. Reading to a dog helps readers practice reading in a relaxed environment. Dogs don’t care if you read fast or slow or don’t know all the words. Our Paws to Read program allows emerging readers to practice reading at the library.
Family Movie: Tangled
Join us in the Children’s Library for a free screening of Disney’s “Tangled.”
This movie is rated PG and is 1 hour and 40 minutes long.Remember: children under the age of 9 may not be left alone at the library.
Popcorn will be provided.
Pop-Up Books with Reg Reeves
Reg Reeves, the storyteller behind our Dial-a-Story hotline, visits the library to read from his whimsical collection of holiday pop-up books. Afterwards, we’ll serve donuts and hot chocolate to our young patrons.
Cinnamon Toast Day
Librarians will serve cinnamon Toast to children who visit the library today. What fun!
