Science Time with Ann Christensen
Local naturalist, Ann Christensen, hosts Science Time every Tuesday at 11:00 am. Come learn about animals and their habitats. Sometimes furry, scaly, or feathered creatures make a visit.
Read to a Dog with Cricket
Come read to a therapy dog in the Children’s Library. Cricket will be here on Wednesday at 3:00 pm in August for children to come practice their reading in a friendly, non-threatening environment. Can’t read yet? Cricket is happy to just look at the pictures.
Summer Reading Finish Line Party and Prize Drawing
Have you been logging your minutes and participating in our Summer Reading Program? We’re celebrating all the reading we’ve done with cake and drawing for our grand prizes. You do not need to be present to win the grand prizes of a bike, a go pro, or gift card to the Toy Store. Some smaller prizes will be given out to those in attendance.
Don’t forget: logs are due at noon.
