The JCF Mythological RoundTable® Group of Ketchum, ID is comprised of people from a wide variety of backgrounds, drawn together by a deep interest in all things mythological. Specific topics may vary yet the gathering always includes at least an hour of open round-table discussion. The group is facilitated by Jan Peppler, a doctoral candidate in Mythological Studies. What are archetypes and how do they show up in mythology and our personal lives? Diane Crist, M.A., a Jungian psychotherapist practicing in the Wood River Valley since 1988, will provide an overview of archetypes as they appear in fairy tales and myth. From there, we will discuss how these same archetypes show up in our lives.
