Circulation Supervisor Cándida Miniño recommends DC Studios Superman.

The latest Superman movie has Lex Luthor secretly aiding the country of Boravia invade Jarhanpur.
Luthor’s metahuman Ultraman defeats Superman, and he retreats to the Fortress of Solitude, where robots heal him using solar energy.
Luthor finds the Fortress, captures Krypto the dog, and restores a damaged message from Superman’s parents. This message suggests Superman was sent to conquer Earth.
When it is broadcasted, public opinion turns against Superman.
Superman surrenders and is imprisoned by Luthor in a pocket universe. Lois, Mister Terrific, and others rescue Superman, and he recovers with his human parents, the Kents…
…who remind him he defines his own identity.
Luthor opens a portal to the pocket universe, splitting Metropolis. While Superman’s allies stop Boravia’s invasion, he defeats Ultraman by sending him into a black hole with Krypto’s help. The rift is closed.
Luthor’s involvement is exposed, and he is arrested; the pocket universe’s captives are released, and Superman’s reputation is restored.
This movie seems to want to capture a younger audience, and it turns away from previous darker themes. It is said to follow the comics more closely. It also introduces Superman’s cousin Kara Zor-EL at the end, arriving to pick up her dog, opening the door for the upcoming Supergirl film.
The movie was funny and entertaining!
