Games Untold is a collection of stories that adds detail to the characters from the Inheritance Games series. There are a total of eight short stories which all feature different characters from the series.
The first short story focuses on Jameson and Avery on a trip to Prague. On this trip both Avery and Jameson participate in puzzles that they have made for each other. The second story follows Hannah Rooney, Avery’s Mother and Toby Hawthorne, Hannah’s love interest. In this story, we learn all about how Hannah Rooney nursed Toby Hawthorne back to health after a fire on Hawthorne Island which eventually leads the two to fall in love. Another story follows Libby and Nash as they reflect on their relationship from the past couple of years. One story tells us about Grayson’s punishment for not answering Xander’s 911 call to his brothers. The sixth story talks about Nash’s bachelor party in London which all his brothers planned. The next story is about the Hawthorne secret Santa game that takes place every year between all the Hawthorne brothers. The final short story follows Jameson, as he encounters his supposedly dead grandmother.
Overall, I found Games Untold to be a very interesting novel that offered a lot of insight into the characters from the Inheritance Games Novels. If you are going to read this book, just know that you will have to read the Inheritance Games series first in order to understand everything in this book. In conclusion, I would recommend this book to any fans of the Inheritance Games Series.
