Damian Bell and Sam Shaba, from northern Tanzania, will give a presentation on wildlife and its threats in Tanzania. They will give examples of community-based conservation and how elephant poaching has been reduced to zero in certain areas. Bell is the founder of the Honeyguide Foundation, who started his career as a professional photographer and then ran a safari company for 17 years. Shaba is the program manager; this is his first trip to the U.S.
